Welcome

Thank you for shopping at Front Range Studio. Most items are already made and are exactly as they appear in the photos. If you would like to see additional photos of an item, please contact us. If an item is one of a kind, it will be noted as such.

Payment

We accept most major credit cards, checks and money orders. Orders must be shipped to the billing address. If payment is made by personal check, checks must clear and the funds must be received prior to your order being shipped. Colorado residents are subject to 7.4% state sales tax.

Shipping

All orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of payment. There may be a delay in shipping if verification is required for credit cards or shipping information. We normally ship USPS Priority Mail which ensures you will receive your order promptly. If you would like to use an alternate or faster method of shipping please let us know at the time of purchase and your invoice will reflect the revised shipping cost. All items over $100.00 will include shipping insurance. Front Range Studio is not responsible for orders lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.

Packaging

All items are packaged in a cotton filled gift box unless you request otherwise. Then your purchase is packaged in either a padded envelope or an appropriate sized box for shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will be happy to either issue a refund or apply your purchase to a store credit for up to 30 days. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Returns on custom orders are handled on an individual basis.

International Customers

If you are an international customer you are responsible for knowing the customs regulations of your country and to pay any fees that apply. International orders are shipped using First Class International Mail. We also cannot declare that your purchase is a gift or of a lesser value on a customs form. It would be a federal offense in the United States and carries severe penalties. Also we can only accept Paypal or credit cards as form of payment.

Special Requests, Custom & Wholesale Orders

We are happy to consider custom orders or special requests; please use our contact form, and we will contact you to work out the details. Payment for all custom orders must be received in advance before any custom work begins. Wholesale purchasers please contact us for further information.
